The Clubhouse space includes a fully licensed bar, kitchen, cozy main room, covered deck & patio, and is accessible all year round.
We commonly host both smaller meetings and trainings, and larger events such as family and office parties, fundraisers, celebrations of life, and sports viewings. We are happy to work with you to host any event you have in mind.
Please know that while we are committed to being open for community use, we prioritize our many club teams and their seasons. For this reason we are heavily booked May through September each year.

Capacity
Our max capacity is 180 persons overall, comfortably fitting:
80 inside the clubhouse (seating for up to 45 guests at tables)
40 on the covered patio/deck
60 on our lower patio area

Rental Rates
Our rates are based on standard rental times of 4 or 8 hours. Please expect our fees to increase each year, in time for new year rentals.
Additional fees include a cleaning fee (which goes directly to our cleaners for their time), and a host fee (for our hospitality coordinator’s time).
The rental fee does not always include time for set up and take down outside of the event times. Please let the rental coordinator know how much time ahead you will require to set up and plan your function.
*The rental rate does not include bar fees. If you would like to have the bar open for your event, an additional fee is added, which goes directly to the bartender(s) for their time. All of our bar staff are club members, Certified Smart Serve, who will be able to provide you with friendly and professional bar service.

While our bar manager and bar staff are partially compensated for their time, we are all just volunteers passionate about our club and community. Please keep this in mind as we do our best to work with you.
Our Bar
Our bar is exclusively sponsored by Moosehead, who have provided 6 taps including a range of their beers and cider. We also sell their brand of Radlers, Twisted Tea, and Truly seltzers.
Additionally, we have a basic liquor selection of vodka, gin, rum, whisky and red and white wine, and a mix of pop and juice.
Payment & Special Events
Our bar offers payment of cash or debit/credit. We are able to organize a host bar, or a split-profit bar (usually for fundraisers), please ask our rental coordinator if this is something you are interested in.
Non-Alcoholic Provisions
You are more than welcome to bring in any food or drink that is non-alcoholic. We do sell Gatorade, pop, water, and non-alcoholic beer as well as chips and freezies at the bar, and we can serve coffee and tea upon request.
*All liquor must be purchased and sold by us as a licensed facility. If for your private event you wish us to sell something specific, please inquire further with our rental coordinator.

Our Kitchen
Our kitchen is small but mighty. Located behind the bar in the main space, use of all appliances is included in your rental fee.
Please know this is a community kitchen, any dishes, cutlery or napkins in the kitchen are yours to use, but we cannot guarantee the amount or the condition of anything stored in our cupboards.
Additional Spaces
Below our main room and accessible washroom is an extensive underground space of additional storage and laundry, washrooms and change rooms. These spaces are included in the rental fees but must be requested before hand so we can ensure they are not in use at the time of your rental.
*No alcohol is permitted in these areas.
All cleaning is managed or done by our member volunteers, please take care of our home!
Cleaning
Cleaning agents are stored under the sink in the kitchen, please clean up after yourself. A mop and bucket can be found in the accessible bathroom shower.
You are responsible to remove all decorations and garbage from the space following your event. Garbage bags can be found in the kitchen and the same clear bag is used for both garbage and recycling. All bags are to be tied and removed from spaces by the renter and placed in the garbage receptacle outside the east door.

Community Partnerships
We are excited to partner with several amazing local non-profit organizations, who use our space regularly throughout the week. Please be in touch if we can arrange a better agreement better suited to your needs.
